Overview
In a dystopian world ravaged by mutant creatures, humans reside within mobile cities called Regios and must wield special weapons called Dite, tapping into the power of Kei to survive; when Layfon Alseif arrives in the Academy City of Zuellni seeking a fresh start, his troubled history entangles him with the cunning Student Council President and a skilled Military Arts Captain, leading him down a path where his hidden abilities and haunted past may prove too much to bear.
