Clarine Harp is a voice actress and producer known for her work in televised anime. In 2003, she was hired by FUNimation Entertainment to voice the character Tweedledee in Kiddy Grade. Since then, she has lent her voice to characters such as Sei in Burst Angel, Sanae in Akira Kurosawa's Samurai 7, Hibari Ginza in Speed Grapher, and various roles in Yu Yu Hakusho, Spiral, Fullmetal Alchemist, Case Closed, Desert Punk, Baki the Grappler, The Galaxy Railways, Negima, and BECK.
