Shinichi Watanabe, also known as Nabeshin, is a renowned anime director and voice actor from Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, where he was born on September 6, 1964. He won the "Best Individual" or "Individual Achievement" award at the 3rd Animation Kobe in 1998. Nabeshin is most famous for his eccentric adaptation of Rikdo Koshi's Excel Saga, in which he also plays the character Nabeshin. His image has also been portrayed as NB in Tenchi Muyo!
