Takeshi Kusaka (日下武史, Kusaka Takeshi) is a renowned Japanese actor and seiyū born on February 24, 1931 in Toshima, Tokyo. He is best known as the founder of the Shiki Theatre Company. Kusaka has lent his voice to various anime characters, most notably as M. Bison in the Street Fighter animated movie and in the role of Twilight in "Twilight of the Cockroaches".
