Biography

Minami Takayama, born Izumi Arai in Tokyo, Japan, is a talented voice actress and singer known for her work in various anime series. She is also the female half of the musical duo TWO-MIX. In 2005, Minami Takayama proposed to Gosho Aoyama, the creator of her character Conan in "Case Closed". The two were married on her birthday, May 5th, of the same year. However, their marriage ended after two and a half years on December 10, 2007.
