WEST GROUND is a well-known music producer in the anime industry, born in Urasoe, Okinawa, Japan. He goes by the alias WEST GROUND, but his real name is Makoto Nishibe. WEST GROUND started playing the piano at a young age of 3 and picked up the trumpet when he was 10. During his high school years, he was part of a brass band where he honed his music skills.
