Tetsuo Yasumi is a renowned Japanese artist born on January 1, 1954. Over the course of his career, he has worked in various roles such as storyboarder, animator, animation checker, and director. Yasumi began his professional journey in 1972 as an illustrator for a weekly tabloid paper. In 1975, he transitioned to the animation industry, starting as an inbetweener and quickly progressing to roles such as animator and storyboarder.
