Romina Marroquín Payró is a Mexican voice actress and singer who began her career in 2002. She was introduced to the world of dubbing by her friend Mariana Tohen Candiani, who recommended her to Jack Jackson at Candiani Dubbing Studios. Jack gave Romina a voice test and she was chosen to sing the opening theme for the anime "Maggie, a fly with a wave." This led to her introduction to Raúl Aldana, who taught her how to do spoken dubbing as well. Romina has worked on various anime projects, showcasing her talent as both a singer and voice actress.
