Takehiko Itou is a renowned illustrator and mangaka from Kitami, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. He is most famous for his outstanding work on the anime Seihou Bukyou Outlaw Star. In addition, he is the mastermind behind Angel Links and the Future Retro Hero Story manga along with other works of fiction established in the Toward Stars universe. Moreover, Itou developed the original idea for NG Knight Ramune & 40. Itou is currently associated with Morning Star Studio.
