Naoyoshi Shiotani, born in 1977, is a highly talented animation creator from Japan. He has worked on various acclaimed projects, showcasing his skills in key animation supervision, directing, and storyboard creation. Shiotani's early career highlights include his involvement in the TV series Windy Tales (2004) and Blood+ (2005), where he also directed the visually stunning third opening film, Colors of the Heart.
