Kenji Kodama

Biography

Kenji Kodama, born on December 13, 1949 in Hokkaido, Japan, is a renowned anime director and storyboard artist. He is a member of the Japan Animation Creators Association (JAniCA). Kodama's wife, Sachiko Kamimura, is also an animator. Kodama began his career at Tokyo Movie in 1970 before branching out as an independent director. He also worked as a staff member at Sunrise.
