Haruka Chisuga is a Japanese singer and voice actress known for her work in various anime series. She was born in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, and has the blood type A. Chisuga gained recognition after winning the Grand Prix in the singer class of "Miss MACROSS 30 Contest." Her talent and dedication to the craft has also earned her the nickname, Chissuu (ちっすー）.
