Biography

Born in Kumamoto, Japan, toi8 is a talented illustrator known for his work in magazines and light novels. After graduating from a Senmon Gakkou for Anime, he joined Studio 4°C. His unique penname is derived from his birthdate, the 8th of October, with the Japanese pronunciation of 'ten' represented by 'to.' toi8 is married to illustrator and designer Ozaki Tomomi, with whom he collaborated on the anime TV series Le Chevalier D'Eon.
