Snowkel is a rock band hailing from Japan, formed by the talented trio consisting of Nishimura Shinya (guitar, vocals), Kabamura Masami (bass), and Yamada Masato (drums). The band rose to prominence in the mid-2000s, working on various anime soundtracks and gaining a loyal fanbase. In 2006, Snowkel signed a major record label deal with Sony Music Japan before disbanding in 2010.
